How to play the Geodude line
Geodude’s line is the Rampart, and its passive is a second life. Sturdy lets you survive one lethal hit with 1 HP per run, and adds +10 armor. The kit is three Rock moves (Rock Throw, Rollout, Rock Slide) and Magnitude (Ground). The Ultimate is a roll at every stage: Rock Roll rolls 18 m toward your target and stuns what it crosses, Graveler’s Avalanche adds fourteen falling rocks and six rocks rolling in all directions, and Golem’s Golem Blast ends the roll in a large explosion that does not cost you your Pokémon. The game’s code puts the evolutions at about level 30 and level 42. To join it, smash 50 rocks with Rock Smash. It suits careful players who still want a safety net.
Where the Geodude line starts
Geodude starts the Geodude line with a base stat total of 300 (Defense highest at 100), the tier 1 Ultimate Rock Roll and the family passive Sturdy. Geodude evolves into Graveler at about level 30 (worked out from the game code, not play-tested).
