How to play Onix
Onix is the Colossus, a one-stage tank that trades speed for armor. Its passive, Rock Head, gives +25 armor and +15% HP for -8% speed, makes your Charges deal +30% damage, and drops rocks on the 3 closest enemies every 6 s. The kit is Rock Tomb, Stealth Rock and Head Smash (Rock) with Iron Tail (Steel). Onix does not evolve in this game, so its Ultimate stays Rock Snake: Onix rises in a circle around you, raising rocks and fissures that stun; the in-game text says that with Maturity it circles twice and rocks fall from the sky. To join it, win Viridian Forest. It is built to soak hits and keep swinging.
What Onix brings
Onix does not evolve, so this form is the whole family: a base stat total of 385 (Defense highest at 160), the Ultimate Rock Snake and the passive Rock Head.
