How to play the Jigglypuff line
Jigglypuff’s line is the Singer, a sleep specialist. Its passive, Cute Charm, charms anyone who touches you and gives +5% evasion. The kit is four Normal moves (Pound, Sing, Round and Hyper Voice), while the Ultimate is Fairy type. Lullaby puts everyone within 15 m to sleep for 2 s, then a final shout hits the sleepers for +80% damage. As Wigglytuff it becomes Bouncy Balloon: the lullaby again, then you inflate and bounce three times on the sleeping enemies with waves that grow each time. The game’s code puts Wigglytuff at about level 42. Its challenge is to put 1,500 Pokémon to sleep. Choose it when you would rather set up one big hit than spray damage.
