How to play the Pikachu line
Pikachu’s line is the Sprinter. In this game Pikachu is the family root, since only Kanto Pokémon are in. Its passive, Static, paralyzes anyone who touches you and fires a discharge at an enemy every 4 s. All four moves are Electric: Thunder Shock, Electro Ball, Thunderbolt and Thunder. The Ultimate, Giga Thunder, charges the sky for 2.4 s of lightning on nearby enemies and ends in three large thunderclaps; as Raichu it becomes Wild Charge, where you zigzag through enemies and call down an even longer storm. The game’s code puts Raichu at about level 42. The challenge is unusual: defeat 10,000 Pokémon while it is raining, so rainy maps are where you make progress on it. Pick it if you want damage that happens just by being close.
