How to play the Shellder line

Shellder’s line is the Shell, and its passive adds projectiles. Skill Link gives +20 armor and +1 projectile; as Cloyster you get another +1 projectile and +10 more armor. The kit is Clamp (Water) with three Ice moves: Icicle Spear, Ice Spinner and Icicle Crash. Pearl Shell shuts you in your shell with a 30% shield and, when it opens, fires two rings of 20 pearls that freeze. As Cloyster it becomes Icicle Rain: the shell, eighteen icicles falling on enemies and a ring of ice spikes. The game’s code puts Cloyster at about level 36, early for a two-stage line. To join it, dodge 25 attacks in a single run. Armor fans who want more shots from every move should try it.
