How to play the Horsea line

Horsea’s line is the Ink, built on crits that blind. Its passive gives +10% crit and +25% crit damage, and your crits cover the enemy in ink: it deals -40% damage, and common enemies quit attacking. The kit is Snipe Shot, Octazooka and Hydro Cannon (Water) with Scale Shot (Dragon). Ink Cloud spits a 12 m ink cloud that blinds everyone and fires twelve ink balls in all directions. As Seadra it becomes Dragon Whirlwind: the ink, two whirlpools toward your target and a dragon water jet on the strongest enemy. The game’s code puts Seadra at about level 41; there is no Kingdra, since only Kanto Pokémon are in. To join it, soak 12,000 Pokémon. A pick for players who mix crits with safety.
