How to play the Seel line
Seel’s line is the Seal, a Water family that fights with ice. Seel is pure Water, but three of its four moves are Ice (Icy Wind, Aurora Beam, Sheer Cold) next to Dive (Water), and Dewgong becomes Water and Ice. Its passive, Polar Fat, gives +15% HP and +10 armor, and every 4 s ice shards burst around you (5 m, 6.5 m as Dewgong) and gradually freeze enemies. Ice Rink covers the ground within 13 m with ice so enemies skate away and freeze. As Dewgong it becomes Aurora Beam, which freezes twelve enemies, sweeps a 15 m frozen wave and starts a hailstorm. The game’s code puts Dewgong at about level 42. To join it, freeze 4,000 Pokémon. Good for players who like a tanky freezer.
