How to play the Grimer line

Grimer’s line is the Sludge, and it punishes enemies for hitting you. Its passive, Muddy Body, cuts damage taken by 15%, and every time you are hit you leave a toxic puddle for 4 s that poisons and traps anyone who steps in it; Muk’s puddles are bigger. The kit is Poison Gas, Sludge and Belch (Poison) with Shadow Sneak (Ghost). Sludge Tide sends a mud wave out to 14 m, poisoning everyone and leaving more puddles. As Muk it becomes Gulp: you melt into a 9 m puddle that pulls in, poisons and traps for 2 s, then bursts into mud geysers. The game’s code puts Muk at about level 45. Its challenge: poison 20,000 Pokémon. It suits players who play close.
