How to play the Zubat line

Zubat’s line is the Vampire, and its whole kit is about healing through damage. The passive, Vampire, gives +8% lifesteal and +20% healing. The kit spreads across three types: Leech Life (Bug), Wing Attack and Air Cutter (Flying) and Poison Fang (Poison). Vampire Swarm sends seven Zubat out of the dark to bite for 3.5 s; they poison, and every bite heals you. As Golbat it becomes Bloody Fang, a Golbat cloud that confuses with Supersonic, bites for 4 s and heals you for 25% at the end. The family ends at Golbat, which the game’s code puts at about level 36, since only Kanto Pokémon are in. Its challenge is to recover 4,000 HP in a single run. Good for players who want to heal without hunting berries.
